You only become a Bestie if you apply for one of our SexPositive events and tick the box “Become a Bestie” on the application form.

What is a Bestie?

Besties are our “regular guests” who have been to our events several times and have gone through and passed the regularly updated application process multiple times. These guests are people who know what is important to us and fit in with our parties. As a reward, they can skip most of the registration process for our events.

Requirements

1. Applied for one of our ZusammenKommen parties
2. Click on “I want to become a Bestie” during the application process.
3. Be accepted during the application process.
4. Not be turned away at the door and thus be allowed to attend the party.
5. If all of the above applies, you will automatically be made a Bestie (you will also receive an email).

Special case Séparée

1. Visit Séparée as a +1
2. Be accepted at the door & come to the event (and not be turned away)
3. In retrospect, we will send you a link to a “post-event” application process
4. This process is then rated by us
5. If your application is above the minimum number of points, we will automatically make you a Bestie (you will receive an email when this happens).

Which benefits do Besties have?

If you are a Bestie, this means that you can simply carry over the points you earned in an application to the next event saving you from having to re-enter everything again. It does not mean that you will automatically be accepted. It simply means that you can register with your “saved” points. As always, you will be in the “pool” with all other applications, from which we will select the top percentage.

In addition, our Besties have access to our profile area, where they can check their status at any time. Stay tuned, we will be adding more features in the future.

Don't know if you're a Bestie?

Go to https://app.hausgemacht.org/profile and enter the email address you used to log in to the previous event. Once you receive the login link and are able to log in, your profile should show whether you are a Bestie. If you do not receive a login link, it may be that your email address is not in our system or that you are not (yet) a Bestie.

Have your Bestie status checked

Unfortunately, we cannot manually check your Bestie status, as this is currently extremely time-consuming for us. Therefore, please do not send us an email; instead, use the profile page of our app. For data protection reasons, we cannot check emails. If you do not receive an email when you log in, the email is not in the system.

You can send your hash code and your group name to mailto:ticket@hausgemacht.org. But only while the application phase is running. For groups, the average of your answer will be taken. Once you have been evaluated, it is no longer possible to join groups, although you may of course come together, provided all individual beings were accepted.

Since every ticket buyer has gone through the application process and the tickets are also name-bound, it is not possible to sell your ticket in the "ZusammenKommen" or "FrüherKommen" format. Please only buy a ticket if you really want to and are able to come.

We're not at school here! That is why there is neither a grade nor a score. As already mentioned, everyone else who goes through the application process sets the standard - not us.

A group may contain up to four beings. To do this, each individual being must send their own application. At the end, you can enter a group name. Choose a unique group name and enter it congruently at the end of your application process! We will rate them & calculate the average of your score.

Yes of course. Some parts of our website will need some DeepL/ Google Translate but we are bilingual at the doors and also inside.

In this case, please don't buy a pre-check-in ticket, let it expire and we'll see you next time. We have to handle a lot of Nackerpatzis ourselves the evening and before and need your cooperation to do so. The slots & pre-check-in are binding. Only in emergencies please ticketing@hausgemacht.org contact.

First off please always check your spam/trash folder. Otherwise you can write mailto:ticketing@hausgemacht.org to get a link for the ticket purchase – assuming you received a confirmation mail. Please forward this mail to us or send us the code contained in it.

After the application deadline, we take about a week to evaluate your wonderful texts. As soon as we have worked through them all, we will send out acceptances. If they do not exhaust our ticket quota, we will send out a second wave of acceptances. Only in the third round cancellations will be sent.

The registration for FrüherKommen – 10 Jahre hausgemacht ends on October 19th. It is no longer possible to apply for the event from October 20th onwards.

At most "ZusammenKommen" we don't have a box office - so it's not possible. If there is a box office at the event, you can join them in the box office queue. You can find the information if there is a box office in the event description on social media or on http://www.hausgemacht.org/events. There will be no box office at FrüherKommen – 10 Jahre hausgemacht.

All beings are welcome to join us from the age of 18 onward.

No. Some events have a box office, you can try that way. However, most sex positive events of ours can only be booked online and by name. A cancellation has only partly to do with you: We put value on other things per event - e.g. whether applicants* have applied by single application, are female read or couples. So don't take a rejection too personally. FrüherKommen – 10 Jahre hausgemacht will not have a box office.

We try to vary with our offer at each ZusammenKommen and to work with different people each time. You will find the location plan for the current FrüherKommen in your mailbox before the event.

As we now have several intimacy zones, the rules vary. The FLINTA* intimate zone can only be visited by FLINTA*s. All intimate zones have in common that they can only be visited by two or more people and not alone. It is also not possible to enter with drinks. After all, it is dark & glass is dangerous.

If you visited the pre-check-in - which we strongly encourage you to do - you can queue in the "FASTLANE". This will save you a lot of time because we don't have to check most things on the spot.

No, otherwise we would not have any planning security and this concept would not be possible. Please only buy a ticket if you are willing to abide by the rules and could tolerate a potential loss.

This also varies from team to team. You can find the info if there is food this time in the event description on social media or at http://www.hausgemacht.org/events. If there is nothing to eat and you have a medical need for e.g. sugar - please let us know in time by private message on Instagram or by mail to mailto:ticketing@hausgemacht.org so we can find a solution together.

We accept any type of photo ID.

A photo is also enough for us.

We ask for it! Absolutely!

No. Taking pictures will result in immediate expulsion from the event. We have our own photographer who will be happy to capture your great outfits for you. The cameras on your phones must be taped off at all times - if they are not, we will have to remove you from the party.

Then all the fuss about the application would be in vain - unfortunately not.

Shoes must match a party - please use sturdy & safe footwear.

The pre-check-in will take place one day before the event at Club U. Please bring your ticket, photo ID, and a photo of your outfit. At the event itself, if everything fits, you can skip the line via the FASTLANE. You have booked your admission slot for Club Exil with your ticket.
